The questions for this post is: "How do you deal with microaggressions and do you notice them immediately?"
Short answer: They suck and sometimes I notice them way later.

How I deal with microaggressions varies on a case by case basis. Sometime I come up with something witty to say back, and sometimes there's nothing I can really do. I always have to remind myself that the person most likely spoke out of a place of ignorance. However, some comments definitely get to me and they're a bit hard to shake.
For the most part I'm pretty good at spotting them, but I don't always notice microaggressions right away. They hidden so deeply in false compliments that it's not until I replay the moment or conversation in my head that I realize what happened. A lot of them are similar, so it's not hard to figure it out, but some people are good at hiding their true meanings in their statements. Simple ones where they add a "for you" at the end are easier to spot, like "Oh you got accepted into x college? That's so great...for you." But like I said, some are harder to find out because they really do sound like compliments until I replay it. Or I'll feel that something was off with the comment, but I just can't quite figure out what.
